What is the Peaceful Home Challenge?
A 5-day challenge for couples. You name the Silent Killers that quietly steal peace at home, and you install simple weekly rhythms (Family Meeting plus one move a day). Content is created once and drips day by day after you enroll.
Do we both have to do it?
Ideal if both of you walk through it. One waitlist seat can cover you and your spouse. One person starting is still welcome and still worth it. The goal is shared language and shared rhythm, not a perfect-attendance test.
What if my spouse isn't sure?
A lot of us start curious while the other is still tired. You can join the waitlist yourself and invite them when the next challenge opens. Ideal if both come. Okay if it's just you.
What if we're not both Christian?
Spiritual Misalignment is one of the five Silent Killers. We still suggest you join. Ideal with your spouse. Okay if it's just you. You'll leave with language for what's quietly off at home, including when faith isn't pointed the same direction.
Is this going to feel churchy or like a sermon?
We are not pastors or theologians. We're just a husband and wife who have been to the brink, and now we're here and want to share what made things better for us. Plain words. Faith at the center of home. Not a worship service or a theology class.
What about our kids?
The challenge is for the two of you. Kids may show up in your Family Meeting later, but the install is couple-first. Protect the days the way you'd protect a date night.

What happens after we join the waitlist?
We email you when the next Peaceful Home Challenge opens and how to enroll. After the challenge, grads are invited into Our House Circle for weekly live Zoom ($49/mo) if they want to keep going.
